Financial Data Retention
The trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and profit and loss statement can be generated for any date. If desired, the financial statements along with all general ledger entries, are stored for an indefinite period without any degradation in system performance.

A large number of account names exist for specific general ledger activity. For example, the account REV * 501B COMM – LISTED EQUITIES OTC specifically exists to create that entry in the Supplemental Statement of Income.
